About AgriBloom

From subsistence to
commercial farming.

Ugandan soils are losing fertility faster than smallholders can afford to correct them. AgriBloom exists to close that gap — with diagnostics, affordable inputs and delivery that actually reaches the gate.

01 — Our position

Fertility is a business decision, not a guess.

Most farms in our catchment buy the same blend every season because that is what the store stocks. It is rarely what the soil is short of — so money goes onto nutrients already in reserve while the limiting one stays limiting.

We start with a sample. Everything after that — the blend, the rate, the calendar, the delivery — follows from what the sample says.

02 — What we do

Four commitments

01

Farmer-centred

Recommendations are written for the person who will spread the product, in language that survives translation into practice.

02

Reliable

Two sourcing channels, so a shortage in one never becomes a missed planting window.

03

Affordable

Priced for smallholders as well as estates, with cooperative rates that scale down to a single 50 kg bag.

04

Impactful

Measured on the demonstration plots against a matched control — not on a brochure claim.

03 — By the numbers

04 — How it works

Sample. Analyse. Prescribe. Deliver.

01

Field sampling

Our agronomist walks the blocks and pulls a composite core set. One visit, GPS-referenced, no cost to the farmer on cooperative programmes.

02

Laboratory analysis

pH, organic matter, N, P, K and micronutrient status returned as a per-block panel within seven to ten working days.

03

Written prescription

Blend, rate and split-application calendar, costed against your crop and target yield — in writing, not a verbal recommendation.

04

Farm-gate delivery

Product delivered to the gate with an application briefing for the people who will actually spread it.

06 — Supply chain

A seamless corridor from port to farm-gate.

Reliability is the commodity. Global importation runs alongside local integration, so a delay in one channel never becomes a missed planting window.

Global importation

Tier-1 manufacturers in Europe and the Middle East for specialised chemistry and export-compliant sources.

Local integration

Ugandan-made fertilizer sourced and distributed to support domestic industry and compress lead times.

07 — Our team

Agronomy, logistics, and the desk in between.

Field agronomists who pull the samples, a supply team that clears and moves the cargo, and an advisory desk that answers the phone during the season. Profiles go here once you have approved photographs and titles.

01

Agronomy desk

Sampling, interpretation and the written prescription. Reachable through the season, not just at the point of sale.

02

Supply & logistics

Import scheduling, clearing, storage and the farm-gate run. This is the team that protects your planting window.

03

Cooperative partnerships

Group programmes, member sampling rounds and the two training days that come with every cooperative season.

04

Compliance

Certificates of analysis per batch and the EUDR documentation pack for coffee and cocoa bound for Europe.

PLACEHOLDER — replace with named team profiles and portraits

08 — In the field

Proven field credibility.

We had been buying the same blend for six years. The test said we were short on nitrogen and long on phosphate. We spent less and harvested more.
Cooperative chair — Masaka
Delivery to the gate is what changed it for our members. No hired truck, no broken bags, no waiting a week for stock.
Farmer group secretary — Mbale
The cadmium documentation is the reason we can sell into Europe. It arrives with the product, not three months later.
Export manager — coffee processor, Kampala

PLACEHOLDER QUOTES — swap for approved customer statements before launch

09 — Sustainability & ESG

More yield per hectare means fewer hectares cleared.

We promote sustainable intensification in full alignment with the EU Deforestation Regulation. By maximising output on land already under cultivation, we reduce the pressure that pushes cropping into forest.

12 — Contact

Book a soil test.

Tell us the crop and the district. We will come out, sample, and come back with numbers.
